Default Nice review of LED lightbulb

Cool Tool: Lemnis Pharox LED Bulb

Looks like this one is finally a winner. No more weird blue light!

$50 - $60 is steep but that can only come down with more early adopters. I know I have some lights that are a REAL hassle to change, taking ladders and more than one person. The idea of an ultra low watt bulb that'll last 35 years wins me over.

When the price comes down and the higher outputs become available buying lightbulbs will be a thing of the past. Imagine leaving your bulbs in your will to your children.

I started using the Energy Saving bulbs in Germany, and I discovered that the best ones so far are the ones I bought at IKEA. They are made with the IKEA brand and have a better light than others. And they are only like $5 for 3 bulbs or something like that, willing to last 10,000 hours.

(Sorry, my post before got on twice). But I also wanted to add, that the IKEA bulbs light up right away the moment you turn on the lamp, while the others, take a little longer to light up. And once they "heat up" they give a pretty bright light.
