An inconvenient truth

So, what is it about? This is the first I've heard about it. Where can I find it?

I've not seen it, but I've heard allot about it. It's one on my list of things I'd like to see, but I've never seen it playing.

It is really a good movie. It may not be your typical kind of film but you get to learn a lot from it. I do agree with you, we should all do all that we can do to help. Even the simplest contribution counts!

It's worthy to note that the film was done by Al Gore, vice president under Bill Clinton, robbed of the 2000 presidency by Republican crimes, and a person who has been involved in climate change for more years than nearly anybody else in Washington. The Resident's father, the first Bush, was the person who coined the name "Ozone Man" for Gore in 1992, during that Presidential campaign. I don't think I need to labor the point that even back then, Big Oil felt threatened by the Senator from Tennessee, Mr Gore. Al also won the Nobel Prize this year.

Since I posted last in this thread I've tracked it down and watched it. Although there was nothing particularly new there for me (preaching to the converted!) I think it was well worth a watch and I enjoyed it.

I must see this movie it sounds really good and one that I think is important to watch. It sounds as though it is a real eye opener.

Considering that most of us are already in the know regarding a lot of issues discussed in the movie I don't think it will be as 'incredible' for us but I still think 'An Inconvenient Truth' should get a lot of praise for how much it conveyed to people who weren't aware.
